CCS, Inc. opened its recruiting practice in 1999. The methodology we have created is all about successfully facilitating the “fit” between organizations and people.

Our total focus is to facilitate quality hires. Through relationships based on mutual trust and respect, we come to understand our employer clients’ position requirements and the cultural nuances within the working environment. When we present candidates, they will be medical professionals whose past histories and future aspirations match the accomplishment requirements of the position to be filled.
